Under the Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin, the state required a robust digital system to track toilet construction and sanitation progress at scale. We created a GIS powered platform capable of collecting real time location data from district, block, panchayat and gram level units. The system brought full transparency into ground reality, replacing manual reporting with a structured data pipeline, layered dashboards and accurate progress tracking. Our architecture ensured data integrity, accessibility and frictionless coordination across all administrative layers. This platform became a crucial part of the state's sanitation mission, enabling better decision making and long term behavioural impact.
